Return Policy

Returns and exchanges:

We do not offer returns or exchanges 30 days after purchase.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we have somehow sent you a defective or damaged item, then we will replace it. Determination of workmanship issues is at our discretion. Please send us an email with a photo of the issue at and we will determine next steps.

Please do not send your purchase back before contacting us.

Once your item has been received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Since we reserve the right to gauge the condition of the returned item, we will also notify you of the status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by us within ten days, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund within 30 days, first contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we have no control over the postal systems.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is being returned due to a workmanship issue, in which case we will cover the shipping costs.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.
